Common questions
What do "pilot" and "planned" mean?
Pilot features are being built with our founding clients. If you choose them, you get founding-client pricing and a say in how they work. Planned features come after the pilot, once a lawyer has checked them. We tell you exactly what is running and what is still coming before you sign anything.
Do the prices include GST?
Organisation prices don't: the Sixth account, every module and bundle, the Community Desk and Sponsored Guardian are quoted excluding GST. People's plans include it.
Is there a setup fee?
For organisations, yes, once: A$290 to set up your Sixth account, plus A$1,500 for each brand we watch, which covers your names and products and the first full search for fakes. People's plans have none.
When will Inbox Watch have a price?
Once its trial shows what it costs to check each email. Watch-only trials are running now on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. It will be priced per mailbox, and it sets the price of the Business Protection bundle. Join the waitlist and you'll hear the price first.
Can I change my modules later?
Yes. Everything is month to month, so you can add or remove a module for the next month.
Brand Protection or Business Protection?
It depends on who you want to protect. Brand Protection protects your customers from fake websites and emails pretending to be you. Business Protection protects your own staff and money. Many organisations need both, and one Sixth account covers both.
What is a takedown?
It's a request to remove a fake, sent with the evidence needed to act on it. It goes to the company that registered the fake's web address and the company that hosts the site. A person approves each one, and we send it in Sixth's own name. Then we follow it up and record how long the fake stayed up. Sending requests in your own name, under a letter of authority you sign, is planned.
What is a "check by a person"?
When AI can't settle a case, or you want a second opinion, one of our team looks at it and replies.
Do you work with the largest banks and government?
Yes, by quote, alongside any provider you already use. We're building an independent monthly check of how well fakes of your brand are found and removed. Offering Sixth's protection to your own customers under your name, and takedowns at volume with agreed service levels, are planned. Talk to us.
